Hainan Yangpu NewNew Shipping Co., Ltd., operating as NewNew Shipping Line, is a Chinese international container carrier serving trade routes between China, Russia and other regional markets. The company launched its first container service to Russia’s Port of Vostochny in 2021 and began regular voyages through the Northern Sea Route in July 2023. Its services have connected Chinese ports such as Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao and Nansha with Russian terminals, including Saint Petersburg and Arkhangelsk.
NewNew Shipping has become an active container operator on the Arctic corridor. In 2024, the line transported approximately 20,000 TEU between Shanghai and Arkhangelsk through the Northern Sea Route and completed 13 voyages as part of the Arctic Express No. 1 service. In 2025, it reportedly completed 14 voyages along the route. The carrier is also developing direct services to Murmansk and broader links with Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
