Our reliability commitments
Our SLA defines how we handle service availability, incidents, and support. It covers TimeToCargo features under our control and sets clear rules for incident assessment and compensation.
Support is available by email Monday through Friday, 14:00–23:00 UTC+8, excluding public holidays. We provide an initial response within three business days.
We assess service status based on the availability of TimeToCargo’s main and secondary features. Carrier, port, terminal, and other external data sources may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable and are outside our direct control.
Compensation may apply when a confirmed TimeToCargo-side incident materially affects core service features. Depending on the incident, eligible customers can choose a discount on their next subscription or additional tracking shipments.
We collect and process personal data only for defined purposes such as providing the service, managing accounts, support, notifications, security, and product improvement. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and limit third-party processing to what is necessary.
Customers can report suspected service issues by email, and we investigate them using available logs, monitoring data, API requests, and source information. When a confirmed incident affects multiple customers, we may notify affected users by email and provide an update once service availability is restored.
