F.A.Q.

A subscription includes access to the Personal Account, scheduled shipment updates, shipment history and events, route maps, notifications, manual updates, Excel uploads, API access, and webhooks. API access and webhooks are included in every plan without separate activation fees.

The base price is USD 1.50 per Shipment before applicable discounts. Selected quota discounts range from 5% to 40%. For a Monthly Subscription, the 50% first-month discount is applied, resulting in total savings of up to 70% for the first Billing Period. Annual Subscriptions also receive a fixed annual discount of 20%. The final quota, discounts, and price are displayed before purchase.

The free trial lasts seven calendar days and includes 50 Shipments. All paid features are available during the trial, including API access, webhooks, multiple tracking, and Excel uploads. No payment card is required. The trial ends automatically, and the Client chooses whether to purchase a paid Subscription.

A Shipment is counted when tracking is successfully activated. A container number, booking number, or bill of lading number submitted as a single reference counts as one Shipment. Updates to the same tracked identifier are not counted again during the applicable Billing Period.

No. A Shipment is counted only when tracking is successfully activated. An unsuccessful search does not reduce the available Shipment quota.

A Monthly Subscription provides a Shipment quota for one month. An Annual Subscription is paid in full for twelve consecutive months and provides the entire annual Shipment quota immediately. Shipments activated under an Annual Subscription remain available for tracking during the annual Billing Period.

Monthly Subscriptions renew automatically unless renewal is cancelled in the Personal Account. After an Annual Billing Period expires, the Client may purchase a new Subscription through the Personal Account. Unused monthly or annual Shipment quotas expire and are not carried forward, refunded, or transferred.

Where available in the Personal Account, you can increase your quota or switch between Monthly and Annual Subscriptions. The effective date, applicable fee, validity period, and treatment of any remaining quota are displayed before the change is confirmed.

TimeToCargo accepts supported credit and debit cards and digital payment methods displayed at checkout. Corporate Clients may also request invoice payment and bank transfer. Available methods can depend on the Client’s country and the selected billing arrangement.

Yes. Companies with larger Shipment volumes can request custom quotas, prices, and contractual terms. Volume discounts reach 40%, while requirements above a monthly quota or monthly equivalent of 100 Shipments are priced individually. Contact info@timetocargo.com for an offer.
