CK Line Co., Ltd. is a South Korean container shipping company established in Seoul in 1962. The carrier launched its Korea–Japan liner service in 1964 and later expanded through feeder and tramp operations to Southeast Asia and North America. In 1994, CK Line opened a Korea–China container service connecting Busan with Shanghai, Qingdao, Tianjin and Dalian, followed by a Korea–China–Japan pendulum service in 2002.
The company continued developing its regional network through services linking Korea with Japan, China, Southeast Asia and Russia. It also established overseas subsidiaries and logistics companies in Japan, Shanghai, Thailand, Hong Kong and Vietnam. CK Line operates both owned and chartered vessels and handles containerized and general cargo. Its equipment portfolio includes dry, flat-rack, open-top and refrigerated containers, supporting standard, oversized, temperature-controlled and special shipments.
