Port of Nador

Nador combines commercial cargo handling with passenger and vehicle traffic at Beni Ensar, on the Mediterranean waterfront beside Melilla. The established port serves the Oriental region, bringing together industrial imports, agricultural exports and ferry movements within a compact harbour complex.

Marsa Maroc operates a multipurpose terminal, an oil terminal and a passenger and roll-on, roll-off terminal, where vehicles move aboard ships using ramps. Cargoes include minerals, steel products, oils, citrus fruit and containers. Railway access provides an inland connection for trade moving through the port.

Passenger facilities and vehicle parking occupy a distinct part of the waterfront, alongside the cargo quays. This mix of activities distinguishes the established Nador harbour from the separate Nador West Med development in the Bay of Betoya.
